Call Barging

Allows users to “barge” into currently ongoing calls (this is also known as Call Intrusion). 

Set Up

  1. To set up Call Barging, go to Admin>Call Bargingmceclip0.png
  2. Click on Add Barge Groupmceclip1.png
  3. Once the group is created, you can add Group Members (these are extensions that can be barged onto / bargees) and Group Managers (these are extensions that can do the barging / bargers)mceclip2.png

To Barge:

You can initiate a barge, the barger dials *22xxx (xxx being the extension of the bargee).

Once Barged:

The barger can change mode by pressing a single button:

4 - (Default) Listen Only

5 - Whisper (The barger can speak to only the bargee)

6 - Full Barge (full 3 way audio)
